With a background in Psychology and a specialization in Computational Neuroscience (London), I have dedicated my career to understanding the brain and its profound connection to our physiology. From observing neurosurgery to researching the vagus nerve, I have developed a core conviction: health cannot be segmented. It demands a 360-degree approach.
My role: transforming science into concrete action. As a Health Coach, I bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and the reality of your daily life.
