During a first 45-minute session, we will take the time to get to know each other and assess together whether this support meets your expectations.

This session will help you better understand how the process works, its goals, and whether the connection feels right.

At the end of our conversation, I will offer you a personalised program tailored to your situation. This is also a true space for listening, a moment dedicated entirely to you, to reflect on your health in a caring and supportive environment.

With a background in Psychology and a specialization in Computational Neuroscience (London), I have dedicated my career to understanding the brain and its profound connection to our physiology. From observing neurosurgery to researching the vagus nerve, I have developed a core conviction: health cannot be segmented. It demands a 360-degree approach.

My role: transforming science into concrete action. As a Health Coach, I bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and the reality of your daily life. I don’t offer generic advice; I provide personalized guidance rooted in scientific evidence to help you reclaim control over your health capital.
